Funny Thanksgiving Poems
My younest son wrote a funny thanksgiving poem I would like to share with you all. it’s called Chicken Turkey.
Chicken Turkey was very scared.
November comes with much to be feared.
The Grim Reaper is who turkeys meet.
On Thanksgiving Day, a turkey is what people eat.
Chicken Turkey hatched a plan.
He thought of a scheme that was quite grand.
Chicken Turkey wore a disguise and hoped no one know.
He had a fake mustache and a long beard with mold.
But poor chicken turkey couldn’t fool anyone.
When Thanksgiving came, he was well-done.
